Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to work with developers, project managers and customers to translate functional requirements into Sage Intacct-based software solutions, driving customer satisfaction and adoption across multiple engagements.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Sage Intacct or ERP/financial applications experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• 5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct or ERP/financial apps.
• Experience communicating with customers and technical staff on system issues and new deployments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros).

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple customers to design and support software solutions.
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders; define requirements, design solutions, and support transitions to professional services.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Sage Intacct and its modules.
• Define rollout of integrated solutions based on business processes and best practices.
• Develop project plans and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Conduct end-user training and relate system functionality to business needs.
• Document customer requirements into software solutions following BT practices.
• Respond to customer technical support issues during system deployment.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success to coordinate execution.
• Escalation point for project issues.
• Learn and grow through coaching and firm learning programs.
• Network and build relationships with clients and internally.
