Addison Group is seeking a Strong Product Manager to lead Amazon Connect initiatives within a large enterprise, driving telephony modernization in a healthcare-focused program. This remote contractor role emphasizes strategic leadership beyond backlogs, with accountability to executive stakeholders, lifecycle delivery, and measurable KPIs/OKRs across contact center programs.

Qualifications

4+ years of Product Management experience.
Experience supporting contact center, telephony, or customer service technologies.
Amazon Connect experience required.

Responsibilities

Define and manage product roadmaps for contact center and telephony initiatives.
Lead product discovery efforts and gather feedback from business stakeholders and end users.
Prioritize product backlogs based on business objectives, customer needs, and strategic goals.
Collaborate with business leaders, engineering teams, and delivery partners throughout the product lifecycle.
Define, track, and report on KPIs and OKRs to measure product success.
Translate business requirements into product strategies and actionable plans.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, roadmap reviews, and executive presentations.
Identify opportunities to improve customer and user experiences.
Drive alignment across business, technology, and operational teams.
Support delivery teams in the successful execution of product initiatives.
