Job summary

Delta System & Software, Inc. is seeking an Amazon Connect Product Manager in Plano, TX to own strategic direction for enterprise CX products and cloud integrations.

You will partner with engineering, architecture, and operations to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions for complex deployments. Responsibilities include defining roadmaps, leading product discovery, managing backlogs, and driving adoption and cost/performance optimization with a focus on KPI-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven enterprise product management experience defining, launching, and supporting complex software or customer experience products.
• Ability to translate business objectives, customer needs, and constraints into roadmaps and prioritized requirements.
• Hands-on experience partnering with engineering, architecture, operations, and stakeholders to deliver cloud-based platforms and integrations.
• Experience leading product discovery, migration planning, adoption, and cost/performance optimization.

Job description

Job Title: Amazon Connect Product Manager

RTTO – 5 Days Onsite

Job Description:

• Proven enterprise product management experience defining, launching, and supporting complex software or customer experience products
• Strong ability to translate business objectives, customer needs, and operational constraints into clear product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritized requirements
• Hands-on experience partnering with engineering, architecture, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver cloud-based platforms and integrations
• Experience leading product discovery, migration planning, adoption, and cost/performance optimization initiatives
• Working knowledge of Agile delivery, backlog management, release planning, SDLC practices, and source-control enabled delivery workflows
• Track record of driving high-impact, reliable, and scalable outcomes in complex enterprise environments
• Data-driven approach to product decisions, including KPI definition, analytics, customer feedback, experimentation, and benefits realization
• Experience defining user journeys, process flows, APIs/integration requirements, and acceptance criteria for technical delivery teams
• Preferred: Product Management certification such as CSPO, Pragmatic, or equivalent; cloud platform familiarity including AWS is beneficial
• A big plus: Amazon Connect/contact center exposure, omnichannel service operations, telephony, IVR, WebRTC, and agent/customer experience familiarity
• Ability to leverage AI capabilities (e.g., GenAI-assisted discovery, market/customer analysis, prioritization, automation, and insight generation) to accelerate product outcomes
