GovCIO is hiring a Product Manager to lead the strategy, delivery, and ongoing oversight of a custom-developed product within the OCC portfolio. This role ensures alignment of goals, stakeholder needs, and technical execution to support mission-critical outcomes for the program.

This position is fully remote within the United States, offering work with a cross-functional team on enterprise-grade systems and vendor coordination.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience as a Product Manager for custom software development.
• Ability to define vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum and cross-functional leadership.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear technical requirements.
• Understanding of enterprise or mission-critical product lifecycles.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing vendors/contractors and evaluating delivery.
• Data-driven decision making.
• Must be able to obtain Suitability/Public Trust clearance.

Aufgaben

• Create integrated project plans for contracts and new products in development projects.
• Lead a multidisciplinary project team.
• Manage status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports.
• Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
• Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and problem solving.
• Report to a Program Manager.
• Define requirements and plans deployment.
• Supervise professional and technical staff.
• Schedule tasks and coordinate with team members.
• Manage the integration of vendor tasks and track vendor deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.
• Conduct project meetings and project tracking, analysis and reporting.
