Qualifications

• Six+ years in product management or related roles.
• Experience delivering digital products from discovery to launch and optimization.
• Experience with roadmaps, backlog management, and writing requirements and user stories.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Identify customer, associate, and operational needs through research and data.
• Translate opportunities into requirements and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on value and feasibility.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations across the lifecycle.
• Lead discovery activities including market research and concept validation.
• Monitor KPIs and use data to drive adoption and ROI.
