Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of product management experience preferred.
• Experience writing clear features, user stories and requirements.
• Experience with data-informed decision-making and KPI tracking.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and Amplitude or similar analytics platforms.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap, prioritization, and delivery for one or more product areas within the digital ecosystem.
• Translate the Director’s product vision into actionable initiatives, requirements, and measurable results.
• Serve as the primary product contact for Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Care.
• Own the product roadmap and prioritization aligned to the broader digital product vision.
• Identify opportunities through customer insight, competitive research, and data analysis, and translate them into a prioritized backlog.
• Define and communicate clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Make and defend prioritization trade-offs balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
