Job summary

QbDVision, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and drive product strategy across key areas. You will lead cross-functional teams from discovery to launch, translating business goals into measurable initiatives and guiding product decisions with data and stakeholder input.

You will mentor other product managers, shape the product practice, and help the company scale while balancing hands-on execution with strategic leadership.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in software product management within a regulated environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with product management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex ideas clearly.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and SDLC.
• Mentoring and developing other team members.
• Background in software for a regulated Biopharma environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve product strategy and roadmap for key areas aligned with customer needs and company goals.
• Translate business objectives into actionable initiatives with measurable impact.
• Lead cross-functional teams through full product lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Collaborate with design and engineering; drive data-informed decisions.
• Communicate decisions and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
• Mentor and grow other product managers and contribute to process improvements.
