Hired is seeking a Product Manager to own a product area end-to-end, shaping strategy, prioritisation, and execution with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ship offerings customers love and drive business value.

The role requires 4 years of experience shipping software products, strong analytical skills, and excellent written communication. You will own the roadmap, define metrics, and coordinate launches with marketing, sales, and customer success.

Qualifications

• 4 years as a Product Manager shipping software products.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with quantitative decision-making.
• Excellent written communication, including PRDs and stakeholder updates.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4).
• Bias for action and ability to drive ambiguous projects to outcomes.
• Empathy for customers and curiosity about their problems.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and strategy for a defined product area.
• Conduct customer research, write product specs, and align stakeholders.
• Partner closely with engineering and design through the build cycle.
• Define and track product metrics; iterate based on data.
• Coordinate launches with marketing, sales, and customer success.
• Make tough prioritisation calls and communicate the why clearly.
