Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for FuzeRx to own roadmap, collaborate with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Operations teams, and drive end-to-end product initiatives that advance patient care and pharmacy operations.

You will work with senior product leaders on strategy, discovery, prioritization, and measurable outcomes aligned with FuzeRx's mission. This role emphasizes regulatory awareness and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field
2+ years of experience in Product Management or a product-adjacent role
Experience shipping features with Engineering in agile environments
Strong analytics using KPIs, adoption, usability to inform decisions
Clear, concise communication; write effective specs and drive discussions
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard

Responsibilities

Own delivery of product features end-to-end from requirements to launch
Translate business, clinical, and operational needs into product specs
Drive feature discussions with engineers, customers, and cross-functional partners
Support product discovery through research, data analysis, and validation
Monitor KPIs, adoption, usability and iterate based on insights
Triaging features, bugs and requests to connect work to the end-user
Understand technologies in the product area and flag design risks
Awareness of regulatory and operational constraints in healthcare
