Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Product Manager for FuzeRx to own the roadmap for your product area, partnering with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders to solve meaningful problems for patients and partners. You will drive discovery, prioritization, and execution with increasing autonomy, while aligning with FuzeRx's mission.

You will work cross-functionally to translate needs into concrete specifications, monitor KPIs, and ensure regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of Product Management or product-adjacent experience
• Experience shipping product features with Engineering teams in agile environments
• Strong analytical skills, with experience using product metrics to inform decisions
• Clear, concise communication skills – able to write effective specs and drive discussions with engineers and customers
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of product features end-to-end within a defined product strategy
• Translate business, clinical, and operational needs into clear product requirements with Engineering, Design, and Data
• Drive feature discussions with customers, engineers, and cross-functional partners
• Support product discovery through customer research, data analysis, and validation
• Monitor feature-level success metrics (KPIs, adoption, usability) and iterate; may own OKR/QBR reporting
• Optimize roadmap intake by triaging features and bugs and connect engineering work to the user experience
• Understand technologies in your product area; articulate technical requirements and flag risks
• Build awareness of regulatory and operational constraints in healthcare and pharmacy
