Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap for a product area, partnering with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business teams to drive patient care and pharmacy operations.

You will work with senior product leaders on strategy and measurable outcomes aligned with FuzeRx's mission, delivering end-to-end features within a defined product strategy and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years in Product Management or adjacent role
• Experience shipping features with Engineering teams in agile environments
• Strong analytical skills using KPIs, adoption, usability
• Clear, concise communication and ability to write effective specs
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of product features end-to-end within a defined product strategy
• Translate business, clinical, and operational needs into clear specs with cross-functional partners
• Lead feature discussions with customers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Support product discovery through research, data analysis, and validation
• Monitor feature-level KPIs and adoption; own OKR/QBR reporting
• Triaging features, bugs, and requests and linking engineering work to users
• Understand product tech and articulate requirements; flag design risks
• Build awareness of healthcare regulatory constraints early and escalate as needed
