Job summary

Continental General seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead the Customer Solutions Value Stream, overseeing three PO-led sub-domain teams supporting Client Services, Claims and Customer Experience. You will define strategy, manage the backlog, and drive agile delivery to create scalable, customer-centric solutions.

Responsibilities include collaborating with IT, QA and business stakeholders, facilitating PI planning, and measuring value with KPIs.

Qualifications

• Industry experience in life insurance including product, underwriting, operations, claims management, and regulatory compliance disciplines.
• 5–8 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner delivering product solutions.
• Hands-on Agile experience with Scrum/Kanban and understanding of the full Agile lifecycle.
• Proficiency with Jira and insurance-based platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define Value Stream Strategy and align goals with business leadership.
• Manage and prioritize the Value Stream feature backlog for incremental delivery.
• Create epics and features; break into stories with teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including solution delivery, design/UX, and PM/PMO.
• Lead Program Increment planning, retrospectives, and escalation to remove obstacles.
• Ensure delivery of value with IT Delivery and QA, acting as business SME.
• Monitor KPIs and user feedback to inform future Value Stream decisions.
• Promote continuous improvement of value stream management and agile practices.
