ECI Software Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior Value Stream Product Manager to own one full value stream (or two adjacent streams) across industries, shaping vision, roadmap, and reusable AI-enabled experiences that scale broadly and are localized where needed.

This individual-contributor role, reporting to the Portfolio VP for the vertical, anchors prioritization in VOC input and customer pain evidence, coordinating with pods and Industry Product Leaders to maintain product consistency.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in product management, workflow product, platform product, or domain PM roles in software or SaaS.
• Strong ability to translate voice-of-the-customer input into prioritized roadmap decisions.
• Experience shipping products that improve customer outcomes and business metrics.
• Fluent in discovery, experimentation, and KPI design with product judgment of a senior PM.

Aufgaben

• Define the vision and roadmap for the value stream and ensure it aligns with cross-industry adoption.
• Own discovery, prioritization, experimentation, and instrumentation for the value stream based on VOC input.
• Define the events, APIs, data models, prompts, evaluations, and guardrails for scale.
• Improve value-stream economics by increasing adoption, reducing friction, and raising AI quality and workflow completion.
