Job summary

Makeship is seeking a Product Manager to evolve the fan experience on our crowdfunding platform. You’ll lead a cross-functional team to identify critical problems, rapidly validate solutions, and deliver impact for creators and fans.

Collaborate with product leadership to ensure alignment between vision, user needs, and business objectives, while working in a fully remote setup across Canada.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally on a B2C product.
• Experience using qualitative research to inform product decisions.
• Experience using quantitative research to inform product decisions.
• Track record of shipping impactful product improvements with a cross-functional team.
• Strong prioritization and trade-off skills with incomplete information.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize problems to solve and test solutions that create value for creators and fans.
• Contribute to product strategy aligned with company goals and customer needs.
• Leverage research to understand creators and fans deeply.
• Collaborate with design to rapidly test assumptions and validate solutions.
• Lead a cross-functional team to deliver on platform strategy and goals.
• Monitor key metrics to evaluate impact of product changes and platform health.
• Engage stakeholders to leverage expertise and keep them updated on direction and progress.
