Job summary

Patreon is seeking a Product Designer to shape experiences for creators and fans on our platform. You will tackle end-to-end product problems—from discovery to monetization—by partnering with Product, Engineering, and Research to move ideas from concept to launch.

You’ll craft polished, intuitive interfaces, contribute to a strong design craft, and help creators build sustainable businesses and engaged communities. Hybrid work applies in select U.S.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing and shipping end-to-end product experiences.
• A portfolio demonstrating thoughtful product design, strong craft, and meaningful impact.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working closely with Product and Engineering.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging tools, with an interest in exploring how they can enhance your design process.
• Excited to tackle evolving product challenges, with the curiosity and creativity to turn complex problems into simple, intuitive experiences.

Responsibilities

• Solve meaningful product problems through thoughtful design, prototyping, and iteration.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Research to develop and ship end-to-end experiences.
• Own design projects from early exploration through launch and iteration.
• Create polished, intuitive experiences that help creators build businesses and deepen relationships with fans.
• Contribute to a high bar for craft and collaboration across the design team.
