Makeship seeks a marketing leader to guide strategy and hands-on execution for launches across creator and fan communities. You’ll own multi-channel campaigns, shape IP activations, and drive results with autonomy while collaborating with CoLabs and Flagship teams.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of marketing generalist experience.
• Expertise in social media, email marketing and design.
• Experience managing agency partners.

Responsibilities

• Input on strategy and critique of high-level plans.
• Shape launch strategy with activation ideas and IP fandom focus.
• Manage paid marketing agency relationships and briefs.
• Own design and social execution across channels with on-brand visuals.
• Write original, fan-native copy for social, campaigns, and launch materials.
• Operate independently, own projects end-to-end and enforce follow-through.
