Job summary

Wing Assistant - India is seeking a Product Manager to shape the future of our product offerings and drive development from concept to launch. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate market insights into strategy and ensure user-centered design throughout the process.

The ideal candidate has product management experience, comfort with Agile, and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related field.
1 month minimum experience as Product Manager or related role.
Experience in a technology-driven environment.
Strong understanding of product management processes and methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Experience with user testing and market research techniques.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Define product strategy and roadmaps based on user needs and market trends.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and product opportunities.
Prioritize product features and requirements based on stakeholder feedback and business objectives.
Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform future iterations.
Lead product launch efforts, coordinating with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful rollouts.
Facilitate user testing sessions to gather feedback on product concepts and prototypes.
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of the product among stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the product lifecycle.
Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to enhance product offerings.
Mentor and guide junior product team members as needed.
Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve product features.
Support the sales team by providing product knowledge and assisting in customer inquiries.
