Job summary

TrueML seeks a Product Manager to own content tooling and the communications layer of its SaaS platform. You’ll manage the content authoring stack, templating, approvals, and multi-channel delivery across email, text, and letters.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to give clients fast, compliant, self-serve control over what gets sent while ensuring delivery and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Management with exposure to content platforms, CMS or marketing tools.
• Hands-on experience with a headless CMS (Contentful, Contentstack, or similar).
• Experience working with contractors or agencies and setting work standards.
• Working knowledge of email/SMS/voice delivery vendors and deliverability.
• B2B2C product experience helps balance buyer needs with end-user experience.
• Comfort with engagement, deliverability, and segmentation data.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the content tooling and communications delivery stack across multi-channel channels.
• Define vision and roadmap for content authoring, templating, and approvals.
