Job summary

TrueML is seeking a Product Manager to own the content tooling and communications layer of its SaaS B2B2C platform. You’ll define the vision and roadmap for content authoring, templating, personalization, and multi‑channel delivery across email, text, and letters.

You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to give clients fast, compliant self‑serve control while ensuring messages reach recipients reliably and at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Management, with exposure to content platforms or marketing tools.
• Hands‑on experience with a headless CMS (Contentful/Contentstack) and publishing workflows.
• Experience working with contractors or agencies, setting standards and keeping teams on track.
• Knowledge of vendor and channel delivery, deliverability mechanics, and messaging regulations.
• Experience balancing B2B2C needs with end‑user experience.
• Comfort with engagement, deliverability, and segmentation data.
• Strong ability to explain complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the content management stack, including models, templates, and workflows.
• Define vision and roadmap for content authoring and multi‑channel delivery.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to empower clients with self‑serve controls.
• Manage vendor and channel integrations for email, SMS, letters, and voice.
