The Product Manager for Content Strategy and Knowledge Management will play a crucial role in shaping our approach to content creation, organization, and dissemination across the organization. This position requires a strong understanding of user experience and effective knowledge management practices to ensure that our content serves both internal teams and external users efficiently. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our content platforms and improve knowledge sharing across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Content Strategy Development:
  • Define and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business objectives and user needs.
  • Conduct content audits and user research to evaluate existing content effectiveness and identify gaps.
  • Establish best practices for content creation, curation, and management across various platforms.
Knowledge Management Improvement:
  • Develop a structured approach for managing organizational knowledge and resources.
  • Implement systems and processes for knowledge sharing, ensuring easy access to information and resources.
  • Work with IT and design teams to enhance knowledge management platforms for better user experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Performance Monitoring:
  • Set metrics to evaluate the success of content initiatives and knowledge management practices.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or content strategy, preferably within technology or financial services sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of content management systems and knowledge management best practices.
