XO Health is seeking a Product Manager for Claims to own the vision and roadmap for a new claims platform. You will translate complex claims operations into clear business requirements, and partner with Engineering, Claims Operations, and Compliance to deliver a robust solution.

You will manage the backlog, set milestones, and ensure successful releases while maintaining alignment with regulatory and client needs.

Formación

• Experience in US healthcare, health insurance, claims operations or employee benefits.
• 5+ years of product management experience, from discovery to launch.
• Ability to draft clear business requirements and user stories.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the product vision and strategy for the claims platform with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain the roadmap for adjudication logic, pricing, EDI and payments.
• Draft detailed business requirements and user stories for claims workflows.
• Partner with engineering on design, feasibility, risk, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage backlog, prioritize features, and track success metrics post-launch.
