Job summary

XO Health is seeking a Product Manager for Claims to own the product vision and drive a new claims processing platform. You will translate complex claims rules into clear requirements and partner with Engineering, Claims Ops, EDI, and Compliance to deliver value.

You will manage the roadmap, set milestones, and ensure timely releases while maintaining strong stakeholder communication and governance across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience owning a product roadmap from discovery through launch.
• Ability to draft detailed business requirements and user stories.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing a product backlog and roadmap.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and strategy for XO Health's claims platform.
• Build and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing adjudication logic, pricing, and payments.
• Set timeline milestones balancing business urgency and technical feasibility.
• Translate strategy into sprint-level priorities and communicate tradeoffs.
• Draft detailed requirements and user stories for claims workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Claims Operations, and Compliance.
• Own acceptance criteria and participate in UAT.
