Acxiom is seeking a Product Manager to own the day-to-day strategy, development, delivery, and performance of the Business Identity Graph product. The role partners with Engineering, Data Science, and Sales to translate business needs into scalable product capabilities.

The candidate will drive identity resolution, graph connectivity, data coverage, and adoption while managing the product backlog, requirements, and performance metrics. Remote work is supported with travel up to 10%.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; 4+ years in product management or related fields.
• Experience with data products, identity resolution, or marketing data is a plus.
• Knowledge of product management methodologies: roadmaps, backlog, requirements, prioritization.
• Experience partnering with engineering, data science, data operations, or technical teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage priorities independently within a defined scope.

Mansioni

• Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for the Business Graph product or defined capabilities.
• Define and execute the Business Graph roadmap aligned with strategy.
• Own and manage the product backlog, including epics, user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria.
• Translate client, stakeholder, and market needs into actionable product requirements.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to develop identity resolution, graph construction, and data quality capabilities.
• Improve Business Graph coverage, connectivity, and data quality.
• Evaluate new data sources and signals for potential value to the product.
• Establish and track product OKRs and KPIs such as coverage, match rates, and adoption.
• Coordinate validation and release readiness with cross-functional teams.
• Support product positioning, launches, and adoption with Sales and Marketing.
