Acxiom is seeking a Product Manager to own the day-to-day strategy, development, delivery, and performance of the Business Identity Graph product. You will partner with Engineering, Data Science, Data Operations, and Sales to translate client needs into scalable product capabilities.

The role emphasizes identity resolution, graph connectivity, data coverage, source evaluation, and downstream usability. Remote work is supported, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of product management or related experience.
• Background in product development, data products, marketing data, identity, or related technical environments.
• Practical knowledge of product management methodologies including roadmap development, backlog management, requirements definition, and prioritization.
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Data Science, Data Operations, or other technical teams.
• Ability to translate business and client needs into clear product requirements and user stories.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for the Business Graph product or defined capabilities.
• Define and execute the Business Graph roadmap aligned with broader strategy.
• Own and manage the product backlog, including epics, user stories, requirements, and prioritization.
• Translate client, stakeholder, and market needs into clear product requirements.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science teams to develop capabilities related to business identity resolution and graph construction.
• Drive improvements in coverage, connectivity, accuracy, and data quality.
• Establish and manage product OKRs and KPIs, including measures related to coverage, match rates, data quality, and adoption.
• Execute product development plans in partnership with cross‑functional teams.
• Coordinate validation and release readiness for new capabilities.
• Support product positioning, launches, and adoption with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Monitor product performance and client feedback for continuous improvement.
