Job summary

Kiavi is seeking a Product Manager to own back-office products that move real money across servicing, payments, and data feeds. You will lead end-to-end execution, collaborate with an engineering team, and drive AI-enabled improvements across multiple product lines.

With 2–4 years of PM experience in lending or real estate, you’ll influence roadmap decisions, own integrations, and measure impact using operational metrics.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of product management experience.
• Understanding of lending, real estate and industry dynamics.
• Comfort working with engineers on integrations and data models.
• Knowledge of AI concepts and when to apply them.
• Strong analytical thinking and prioritization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Roadmap and backlog: turn pain points into a prioritized roadmap with a live backlog.
• Money movement and integrations: partner with Treasury and engineering on bank/payments integrations and data feeds.
• Operational excellence: triage production issues and turn workarounds into improvements.
• AI product development: identify where AI adds real value for operations teams.
• Data and metrics: size problems, model ROI, and track success metrics.
• Cross-functional leadership: align Servicing, Treasury, Capital Markets, Compliance, and Operations.
