Job summary

Kiavi is seeking a Product Manager to own the systems that keep loans running after close—servicing, payments, money movement, valuations, and vendor data integrations. Own end-to-end execution across multiple products, partner with product leadership, and collaborate with Servicing, Treasury, and Engineering teams from day one.

You will drive roadmaps for borrower payments, bank verification, appraisals, and data feeds with a focus on automation and AI, balancing new initiatives with production

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant PM experience across release cycles and product Lifecycles.
• Understanding of lending, real estate, and industry dynamics; experience with loan servicing, payments, or financial operations is a plus.
• Fluent with engineers on integrations, data models, and APIs; able to read data to answer questions.
• Awareness of AI concepts and appropriate applicability.
• Strong analytical thinking, data-driven prioritization, and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with non-technical teams.
• Autonomy to work independently while aligning with strategic roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Roadmap and backlog: translate pain points into a prioritized product roadmap and maintain a live backlog.
• Money movement and integrations: collaborate on bank/payment integrations (ACH, wires, account verification) and vendor data feeds.
• Operational excellence: triage production issues, identify root causes, and turn fixes into product improvements.
• AI product development: identify where AI improves operations and manage edge cases and adoption.
• Data and metrics: size problems with data, model ROI, and track operational metrics.
• Cross-functional leadership: align Servicing, Treasury, Capital Markets, Compliance, and Operations around a shared roadmap.
