Job summary

Experian is seeking a Product Manager, Strategic Integrations to sit at the crossroads of product strategy, ecosystem partnerships, data connectivity, and new solution development. You will report to the Senior Director of Product Management and lead strategy for priority integration initiatives within Employer Services.

You will collaborate with Partnerships to evaluate viability, build business cases, and shape scalable data connections across HCM, payroll, and related source systems.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and scaling software, platform, integration, or data products.
• Expertise in opportunity discovery, validation, roadmaps, prioritization, launch and measurement.
• Experience shaping ecosystem or partnership-led product opportunities (integrations, embedded solutions, co-builds).
• Ability to evaluate options, build business cases, and drive multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy development for priority integration projects within Employer Services.
• Partner with Partnerships and Alliances to prioritize strategic integration opportunities.
• Provide product strategy recommendations for build, partner, integrate, or co-create options.
• Identify opportunities to improve connectivity across Employer Services products and data connections.
• Lead discovery and execution for priority integration opportunities with defined success measures.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities and assess tradeoffs with technical teams.
