Eagle Integrated Services, LLC seeks a Journeyman Product Manager for a 100% remote role supporting our customer at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. You will translate mission needs into product requirements, maintain a prioritized backlog, and lead release planning with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has deep product management experience, emphasizes agile practices, and can communicate ROI-driven decisions while coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring quality UAT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Math, or Engineering plus 4 years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years total experience may substitute for the degree.
• Experience with low-code platforms (Appian, Power Platform, Salesforce, Palantir Foundry) preferred.
• Ability to translate mission needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap.
• Translate business needs into product requirements for the development team.
• Maintain and prioritize product backlog in coordination with the Product Owner.
• Plan releases and ensure team alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate backlog grooming and user story estimation.
• Identify dependencies and risks and communicate them clearly.
• Support UAT and validate acceptance criteria for releases.
