Qualifications

• 5-7 years in product management or related roles in B2B/B2C settings, preferably in defense or apparel.
• Deep understanding of military, tactical gear, or PPE product lifecycles from concept to market.
• Proven ability to collaborate with sales, design, sourcing, manufacturing and leadership.
• Strong analytical and market-back approach to product development and strategy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel 25-30% for field visits, trade shows and customer engagement.
