Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years' experience in Product Management with in drives, controls and HVAC.
• Proven experience overseeing Product Managers or cross-functional teams.
• Strong track record of owning product P&L and delivering growth and profitability.
• Deep understanding of PLM and NPD processes.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to engage with engineering teams.
• Travel requirement: ~20% (higher if remotely based).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global Product Management team.
• Translate market strategies into actionable product plans and priorities.
• Own portfolio growth, profitability, pricing, and investment performance.
• Drive execution of product roadmaps aligned to business and customer needs.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept through obsolescence.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Market Managers to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Review business cases and major product investments to ensure strong returns.
• Leverage customer insights and competitive intelligence to improve the portfolio.
