Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years’ experience in Product Management within drives, controls and HVAC.
• Proven experience leading Product Managers or cross-functional teams.
• Strong track record of owning product P&L and driving growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing global Product Management team.
• Translate market strategies into actionable product plans and priorities.
• Own portfolio growth, profitability, pricing, and investment performance.
• Drive execution of roadmaps aligned to business and customer needs.
• Oversee full product lifecycle from concept to obsolescence.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Market Managers to deliver solutions.
• Review business cases and major product investments for strong returns.
• Leverage customer insights and competitive intelligence to improve the portfolio.
