The team collaborates with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Market Managers to deliver customer-focused solutions and drive roadmaps that meet business needs. Remote work is supported, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management within drives, controls and HVAC.
• Proven experience overseeing Product Managers or cross-functional teams.
• Strong track record of owning product P&L and delivering growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a global Product Management team.
• Translate market strategies into actionable product plans and priorities.
• Own portfolio growth, profitability, pricing, and investment performance.
• Drive execution of product roadmaps aligned to business and customer needs.
• Oversee full product lifecycle from concept through obsolescence.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Market Managers to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Review business cases and major product investments for strong returns.
