Copeland is seeking a Manager, Product Management – Control Electronics, to lead a global team responsible for strategy, lifecycle execution, and profitability across electronics platforms. This remote US role emphasizes cross-regional alignment and high-impact product management within a matrix organization.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Market Managers to deliver differentiated, customer-focused solutions and drive portfolio performance across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related technical field.
• 10+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in drives, controls and HVAC.
• Proven experience overseeing Product Managers or cross-functional teams.
• Strong track record of owning product P&L and driving growth.
• Deep understanding of PLM and NPD processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a global Product Management team.
• Translate market strategies into actionable product plans and priorities.
• Own portfolio growth, profitability, pricing, and investment performance.
• Drive execution of product roadmaps aligned to business and customer needs.
• Oversee full product lifecycle from concept through obsolescence.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Market Managers to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Review business cases and major product investments for strong returns.
