Job summary

Latitude is seeking its first Product Lead to own the product function end-to-end. You will work directly with the founders, owning the roadmap, discovery, specs, launches, and the strategy for where global money movement goes next.

This hands-on role blends technical collaboration with strategic leadership as the company scales. You will ship API‑first products, influence architecture, and partner with banks and fintechs, while building a product organization for the future.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product leadership or ownership of a technical product with real users.
• Domain expertise in cross-border payments, domestic payment rails, crypto infrastructure, treasury/ledgering, or compliance.
• Experience shipping API-first or developer-facing products to technical buyers.
• Comfort in regulated environments and treating compliance as design input.
• Technical leadership without being an engineer, and startup agility.
• Strong writing for specs, memos, and launch notes.
• Empathy and collaborative, high-achieving culture.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap across corridors, rails, and platform capabilities and defend decisions to team and customers.
• Run discovery with technical customers and translate findings into precise specs.
• Define core platform surfaces: payment orchestration, ledgering, payout/collection flows, APIs.
• Turn regulation into product decisions with clear tradeoffs and timelines.
• Manage partner-facing product work: scope integrations and negotiate capability gaps.
• Set the bar for writing specs, launches, and roadmap communications.
