Job summary

LemFi is hiring a Product Manager to own the LATAM corridors, from API spec to on-the-ground customer experience. You will work with a lean cross-functional team to ship iterative improvements across markets, focusing on cross-border payments and local partner ecosystems.

You will translate market signals into actionable decisions, drive collaboration with payment partners, and navigate LATAM regulatory nuances.

Qualifications

3+ years as a Product Manager in cross-border fintech or remittance domains.
Hands-on with LATAM markets: Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, or similar.
Strong data analysis skills and ability to derive actions from metrics.
Experience with payment partners and API integration conversations.
Ability to ship quickly in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
Proficient written and spoken English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product roadmap for LATAM corridors, balancing UX, compliance, and partner integrations.
Build relationships with regional payment partners (e.g., Nexa MX, PIX in Brazil) and QA with APIs.
Translate data signals into clear decisions and shipped improvements.
Map LATAM competitive landscape to stay ahead on UX and pricing.
Navigate LATAM product complexity and bake solutions into core product.
Travel periodically to collaborate with partners and run lightweight QA sessions.
Use AI tooling to accelerate research, spec-writing, and data analysis.
