Kaba Ilco Corp is seeking a Product Knowledge Specialist / Sales Support Representative to become a SME in our products, supporting internal sales, distributors and end users. This U.S. remote role educates customers on benefits, conducts market research, and helps drive product improvements based on feedback.

The ideal candidate has automotive or locksmithing industry experience in technical or sales capacity and will travel up to 50% to engage with partners and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or technical area.
• 5 Plus years’ experience in a Sales or Marketing Product training role.
• Experience working with distributors.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Support sales activities coordinated by the Sr. Sales Manager.
• Develop training programs for Sales Representatives and Distributor sales personnel that effectively communicate the technical content and benefits.
