Advocate Technologies is seeking Product Engineers to lead one of several squads (evals/benchmarks, agent systems, data layer, reporting, traded products). You will own features end to end, from scope through build, deployment, and iteration, with freedom on how they are built.

We value radical ownership: you tackle problems, not wait for specs, and you deliver with strong product judgment. Hybrid and remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building production web applications.
• Advanced, daily use of AI tools (Codex, Claude Code, agentic workflows).
• Comfort working across the development stack.
• Experience with data-heavy products: dashboards, analytics tools, pricing platforms, internal tools with real complexity.
• Strong product instinct and a bias toward shipping.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end, from scope through build, deploy, and iterate, with latitude on how they get built.
• Work across the stack when the problem requires it: interface, API surface, data model, background jobs.
• Turn dense, structured insurance data into interfaces for brokers, lenders, or underwriters.
• Define what your work needs from adjacent squads, and raise dependencies before they become blockers.
• Use AI tooling aggressively as leverage to ship at high volume.
• Contribute to eval and benchmarking work to decide which models we trust with customer data.
• Bring product judgment: push back on requirements that don’t hold up and propose simpler versions.
