Job summary

Ashby is seeking a versatile Product Engineer to own large parts of one product end-to-end, from spec to deployment. You’ll collaborate with product and design to craft wireframes, prototype ideas, and implement impactful features, shaping the TA space with ambitious ownership.

You’ll operate in a high-pace startup environment with strong emphasis on autonomy, thoughtful trade-offs, and minimal meetings, while shipping for tens of millions of users.

Qualifications

• Experience building product software end-to-end and shipping features at a high pace.
• Ability to write product specs, designer wiring, and prototypes.
• Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams (PMs, designers, engineers).

Responsibilities

• Own a large portion of one product and drive projects end-to-end.
• Research competitors, write specs, design wireframes, and implement features.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to ship high-quality software.
