Centralize is hiring a product engineer who will own entire product lines from discovery through shipping. You’ll interact with customers, scope work with the founders, and deliver production code across the stack, measuring outcomes and iterating.

Qualifications

• Experience building a product from zero to one or leading a major technical initiative.
• Strong product instincts and ability to scope from customer calls.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; can convey complex ideas clearly.
• Ability to work independently with clear goals and ownership across the stack.

Responsibilities

• Own a full product line from roadmap to architecture and outcomes.
• Engage with customers through sales calls and discovery conversations to identify priorities.
• Build across the full stack: React/Next.js frontend, scalable backend, integrations, and LLM pipelines.
• Collaborate with founders on architecture decisions and prioritization.
• Set engineering quality and velocity standards as an early hire.
