Job summary

Centralize is hiring a product engineer who will own end-to-end product lines from ideation through production, including customer conversations to scope work, architecture decisions, and shipping code across the stack. You will work closely with founders on product direction and technical roadmap.

This role suits engineers who have built products from zero to one, led major initiatives at growth-stage companies, or aim to scale from senior to staff+ level in an early-stage environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build a product from zero to one at growth-stage or larger companies.
• Strong product instincts and customer-driven prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Experience across complex frontend and backend systems including React, Next.js, background jobs, and database architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own a full product line from roadmap to measurement of outcomes.
• Interact with customers via sales calls, Slack, and discovery conversations to scope what to build.
• Build across the stack: React/Next.js frontend, scalable backend, integrations, and LLM pipelines.
• Collaborate weekly with founders on product and architectural decisions.
• Set high standards for engineering quality and shipping velocity.
