Job summary

COMBASE USA is seeking a Technical Content Specialist to own the product manual, knowledge base, tutorials, onboarding materials, and the technical side of our blog for KORONA POS. Initially you will join a support residency for 90–180 days to handle live tickets, then transition to Marketing full-time to build product depth and customer empathy through content.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the KORONA POS user manual/help center, including new features, releases, and retiring outdated content.
• Create short-form tutorials covering setup, features, and troubleshooting with design/video teams.
• Develop onboarding materials including setup checklists, quick-start guides, configuration templates, and training resources.
• Write technical content including feature deep-dives, integration guides, migration resources, release notes, and changelogs.
• Stay involved in product releases to prepare documentation and launch materials.
• Provide product training for resellers/VAR partners and review Sales materials for technical accuracy.
