Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Product Designer to support digital initiatives across responsive web and native mobile for a remote engagement in the Life Sciences sector. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to deliver accessible, high-quality user experiences in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities include defining product strategy with cross-functional teams, driving design ideas, and championing user needs across diverse stakeholder groups.

Qualifications

• UX/UI design experience for responsive web applications and native mobile experiences.
• Experience with accessibility and inclusive design.
• Proficient in Figma and design systems.
• Knowledge of iOS/Android design guidelines is preferred.
• Ability to communicate design decisions and collaborate with product, engineering, and other designers.
• Exposure to AI-assisted design tools is a plus.
• Experience in regulated environments is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to define product strategy and near-term tactics.
• Act as a voice for design by shaping look, feel, and interactions across products and communicating the vision.
• Propose and drive new design ideas that impact the broader product portfolio.
• Champion user needs across patients, caregivers, providers, and internal tool users.
• Contribute to a constructive design culture and welcome feedback.
• Design responsive web applications and native iOS and Android experiences with accessibility in mind.
• Collaborate in Agile product environments and adapt to changing priorities.
• Deliver on deadlines while maintaining craft and quality.
