Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Product Designer to support digital initiatives across responsive web and native mobile. The role focuses on account creation services, eCommerce experiences, internal data analysis tools, and OS updates, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and designers to deliver accessible user experiences in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• UX/UI design experience for responsive web and native mobile.
• Figma proficiency and design systems knowledge.
• Experience in regulated industries, healthcare or medical devices preferred.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly.
• Exposure to AI-assisted design tools is a plus.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to define product strategy and near-term tactics.
• Shape the look, feel, and interactions across products and communicate the design vision.
• Propose and drive new design ideas impacting the product portfolio.
• Champion user needs across patients, caregivers, providers, and internal tool users.
• Contribute to a constructive design culture and welcome feedback.
• Design responsive web apps and native iOS/Android experiences with accessibility in mind.
• Collaborate in Agile product environments and adapt to changing priorities.
• Deliver on deadlines while maintaining craft and quality.
