Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Product Designer for remote engagement to support digital initiatives across responsive web and native mobile, focusing on account creation, eCommerce, data tools, and OS updates. Collaboration with product managers and engineers will ensure accessible, high-quality experiences in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

Experience designing UX/UI for responsive web and mobile apps.
Proficiency with Figma and design systems.
Attention to accessibility and detail; portfolio required.

Responsibilities

Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to define strategy and tactics.
Shape look, feel, and interactions across products; communicate the design vision.
Propose and drive new design ideas impacting the product portfolio.
Advocate for user needs across patients, caregivers, providers, and internal tool users.
Foster a constructive design culture and welcome feedback.
Design responsive web and native iOS/Android experiences with accessibility in mind.
Collaborate in Agile environments and adapt to changing priorities.
Deliver on deadlines while maintaining craft and quality.
