Qualifications

• UX/UI design for responsive web and mobile apps.
• Experience with Figma and design systems.
• Experience in regulated industries, healthcare preferred.
• Portfolio demonstrates accessibility and polish.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to define product strategy and near-term tactics.
• Act as a voice for design by shaping look, feel, and interactions across products.
• Propose and drive new design ideas impacting the product portfolio.
• Champion user needs across patients, caregivers, providers, and internal tool users.
• Contribute to a constructive design culture and welcome feedback.
• Design responsive web apps and native iOS/Android experiences with accessibility in mind.
• Collaborate in Agile environments and adapt to changing priorities.
• Deliver on deadlines while maintaining craft and quality.
