Qualifications

• UX/UI design experience for responsive web applications.
• Native iOS and Android design experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio showing accessibility and detail.
• Figma proficiency and design systems knowledge.
• Experience in regulated industries, healthcare or medical devices.
• Able to communicate design choices clearly.
• Exposure to user research; AI-assisted design tools a plus.
• Collaborate cross-functionally in Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy with product managers, designers, engineers.
• Shape look, feel, and interactions; communicate the design vision.
• Propose and drive new design ideas across the product portfolio.
• Champion user needs across patients, caregivers, providers, and tool users.
• Contribute to a constructive design culture and accept feedback.
• Design responsive web apps and native iOS/Android with accessibility.
• Collaborate in Agile environments and adapt to priorities.
• Deliver on deadlines while maintaining craft and quality.
