Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Product Designer for remote work to support digital initiatives across responsive web and native mobile.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to deliver accessible experiences in a regulated Life Sciences environment, focusing on account creation, eCommerce, and data tools.

W2 employment is required; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and life insurance. Rate: $50.00–$54.00/hr.

Qualifications

• UX/UI design experience for responsive web applications.
• Native iOS and Android design experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio showing accessibility and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Figma with design systems, Material Design, and iOS guidelines.
• Experience in regulated industries, healthcare or medical devices preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex design ideas and articulate design decisions.
• Exposure to user research; AI-assisted design tools a plus.
• Able to work cross-functionally and in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to define product strategy and near-term tactics.
• Shape the look, feel, and interactions across products and communicate the vision.
• Propose and drive new design ideas that impact the broader product portfolio.
• Champion user needs across patients, caregivers, providers, and internal tool users.
• Contribute to a constructive design culture and welcome feedback.
• Design responsive web applications and native iOS and Android experiences with accessibility in mind.
• Collaborate in Agile product environments and adapt to changing priorities.
• Deliver on deadlines while maintaining craft and quality.
