Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Product Designer for a remote, contract assignment. The role focuses on responsive web and native mobile experiences, with an emphasis on account creation, eCommerce, internal tools, and updates for iOS and Android, under regulated conditions.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers in an Agile environment, delivering accessible, high-quality interfaces.

Qualifications

UX/UI design experience for responsive web applications
Native iOS and Android design experience preferred
Strong portfolio demonstrating accessibility and attention to detail
Figma proficiency and experience with design systems, Material Design, and iOS HIG
Experience in regulated industries, preferably healthcare or medical devices
Ability to communicate complex design ideas clearly
Exposure to user research and AI-assisted design tools is a plus
Ability to work cross-functionally in Agile environments

Responsibilities

Define product strategy and near-term tactics with cross-functional teams
Shape the look, feel, and interactions across products and communicate design vision
Propose and drive new design ideas impacting the product portfolio
Champion user needs across patients, caregivers, providers, and internal tool users
Contribute to a constructive design culture and welcome feedback
Design responsive web apps and native iOS/Android with accessibility in mind
Collaborate in Agile environments and adapt to priorities
Deliver on deadlines while maintaining craft and quality
