Job summary

Our client Eliassen Group seeks a Product Designer to support digital initiatives across responsive web and native mobile. The role focuses on account creation services, eCommerce experiences, internal data tools, and OS updates in a regulated environment.

W2 consultants receive a benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. This is a remote contract position.

Qualifications

• UX/UI design experience for responsive web applications.
• Native iOS and Android design experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio showing execution, accessibility, and detail.
• Figma proficiency and design systems, Material Design, iOS guidelines.
• Experience in regulated industries, healthcare or medical devices preferred.
• Able to communicate design ideas and decisions clearly.
• Exposure to user research; AI-assisted design tools a plus.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to define product strategy and near-term tactics.
• Voice for design; shape look, feel, and interactions; communicate vision.
• Propose and drive new design ideas impacting the product portfolio.
• Champion user needs across patients, caregivers, providers, and tool users.
• Contribute to a constructive design culture and welcome feedback.
• Design responsive web apps and native iOS/Android with accessibility in mind.
• Collaborate in Agile environments; adapt to changing priorities.
• Deliver on deadlines while maintaining craft and quality.
