Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Product Designer for a remote contract engagement. The role covers responsive web and native mobile experiences, focusing on account creation, eCommerce, internal tools, and OS updates.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to deliver accessible, high-quality user experiences in a regulated environment. W2 arrangement includes medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401k with company matching.

Qualifications

• UX/UI design experience for responsive web applications.
• Native iOS and Android design experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio showing accessibility and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Figma and design systems, Material Design, and iOS Human Interface Guidelines.
• Experience in regulated industries, healthcare or medical devices preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex design ideas and decisions.
• Exposure to user research; familiarity with AI-assisted design tools is a plus.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to define product strategy and near-term tactics.
• Shape the look, feel, and interactions across products and communicate the vision.
• Propose and drive new design ideas that impact the product portfolio.
• Champion user needs across patients, caregivers, providers, and internal tool users.
• Contribute to a constructive design culture and welcome feedback.
• Design responsive web apps and native iOS/Android experiences with accessibility in mind.
• Collaborate in Agile product environments and adapt to changing priorities.
• Deliver on deadlines while maintaining craft and quality.
